No refunds for purchased tickets. In the case of when a person who is not eligible for the discount is admitted with an age-discount ticket, please pay the difference at the reception desk on the day of the performance.
A discount is available to those with a disability certificate (advance application required). For details, please contact the theater box office or on the theater’s website.
For wheelchair viewing, please contact the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Box Office before coming to the theater, as there is limited space.
Hearing Loop (magnetic loop) will be activated for all performances.
