The TMT Gear Project started in FY2024.
This is a new performance by NUKATA Masashi, a creator targeted for development in the performing arts field.
Although he is a composer, he has directed theatre productions that expand the framework of performing arts based on the question “What is a performance?”
In this project, he is searching for the ideal way for interaction between performances that appear on the stage, such as acting, musical performances, and bodily movement, and he is taking on the challenge of the creation of a new Japanese musical production. Following his “Work-in-Progress” production in March, 2026, new performers have joined his new production “Myth of the Supermarket”.
